Early Withdrawal Fee

The 20% early withdrawal fee that gets applied to stakers who withdraw tokens within 3 days from the time those tokens were staked is allocated back to the community. This goes into a reward pool used to incentivize community members to click a button and pay the small gas fee to help other stakers who may have forgotten to collect their distributed rewards so they are not burned.
