In order to maintain a decentralised admin structure there is an incentive for members who click the ‘Collect and Earn’ button to pay the small gas fee that performs a collection of distributed tokens for other stakers. Members may be rewarded a set amount of VSL for taking this action. If tokens are collected, the one who presses the button has a 70% chance to collect a reward. The funds for this pool are filled using the 20% early withdrawal fee mentioned above.
